Our journey to relocate to Troutman/Mooresville area began about 5 yrs ago. We met with Debi and began looking at houses in 2019. We lived in Lancaster PA.(both my wife Diane and I were actually born & raised there). Our daughter & her husband had our first granddaughter in September 2019. It took me that much time to realize that we needed to be here. We would visit couple times a year. Some visits, Debi and my wife would meet and look at property. It finally happened in July of 2023. August 8th we settled on our new home. We retired and here we go. Thank you Debi for your professionalism and absolute FAITH in helping us with this project.
